The immune strengthening diet plan is a great way to follow the diet overall. It’s a good way to get you started when you only have the concepts in your head and aren’t exactly sure how to put it into practical application. I find that I struggle with that sort of thing a lot with diets. I find that the ideas are all good but when I go to make a meal or a recipe, I really struggle to figure out exactly how to put the concepts into reality. When they give you recipes and a jumping off point, it makes it a whole lot easier.
